Day 130 - escort to Skagway
Our friends decided to use the day for a small road trip and escorted us to Skagway where we’re gonna catch a ferry. The ride to the coast was one of the most beautiful ones we’ve been on so far. Along the way we stopped at the worlds smallest dessert, the tiny town of Carcross and many lookouts and viewpoints. It’s just unbelievable how a place can be that diverse and stunning all along.
We don’t very often get the chance to be filmed or photographed while riding. Boštian is very well equipped and adept with his cameras and turned the trip into a shooting. The fantastic results (only the fotos for now) can be seen here.

Tag 130 - Eskorte nach Skagway
Unsere Freunde haben sich entschlossen den Tag für einen kleinen Roadtrip zu nutzen und begleiteten uns nach Skagway, wo aus wir eine Fähre nehmen wollen. Die Fahrt von Whitehorse bis zur Küste war eine der allerschönsten bisher. Auf dem Weg haben wir die kleinste Wüste der Welt und das Örtchen Carcross besucht und an vielen Aussichtspunkten angehalten. Es ist wirklich unglaublich, wie ein Ort so facettenreich und dabei so wahnsinnig schön sein kann.
Wir haben nicht oft die Gelegenheit beim Fahren gefilmt oder fotografiert zu werden. Boštian ist ziemlich gut ausgerüstet und sehr versiert mit seinen Kameras, also hat er für uns den Tag zum Foto-Shooting gemacht. Die fantastischen Resultate davon (vorerst nur die Fotos) gibts hier.
